Now that I thought of it, your urine does have human rights, as it's immigrating from your body to a new body. Water immigrates WAY MORE OFTEN than anything in existence, so I suppose that indeed, JScott, your urine is an owner of human rights as does your sperm, blood, and other fluids, until you willingly release it. (I feel bile does not deserve rights because it riots so often for any reason, even when it doesn't need to.) Also, Mikey: I suppose that you won't be a sex offender because you're putting fluids from your body (Urine specifically) into the river. (Don't actually ask me to be your lawyer because I've never set foot in a Law School)

Also, I'm not from Colorado, and I have felt nutsy quite often, so maybe this is insanity you gaze upon and my worst fears are confirmed... here's hoping that this is reason and sanity though! '^^
