Please stop spreading myths about bats. The web site you referenced is merely trying to scare you out of your money (and is even blacklisted by www.bluetack.co.uk).
Bats show up on these lists more often simply because they're tested more often. Bats are no more or less likely to have rabies than any other animal (usually less). One shouldn't touch ANY wild animal ever. Please see www.batcon.org/why-bats/bats-are/bats-are-misunderstood for the biological facts. In short, bats are asymptomatic carriers, meaning if they contract rabies they die. Dogs are a far more likely source.
