Re: “Weinstein: 'A state of war' with AFA

The general has put on a smiling face, issued a weak statement of denial, and turned away from the truth. I have seen it again and again over the years. I believe the general is very intelligent. Therefore, it is unlikely that he would not see what is going on in his bailiwick. He has chosen careerism and evangelism over truth, fairness, and adherence to the law of the land. I have seen this before too. A matrix of officers like him perpetuates fundamental Christian dominance of the military. They reward each other with promotions and awards with a nod and a smile. They punish those who do not conform by turning away. This affects lives. It destroys lives. The AFA is a seed farm for this problem. They produce the leadership that goes along. Those who do not fit their ideology (it is more ideology than religion) are identified and marked. When they arrive at a new assignment, the matrix will always be aware of them. They will be used and worked hard; however, it will be of little benefit to them, since their careers are already headed downward. With the up or out policy in the Air Force, it is important to remove officers and enlisted continually. The secret marks on their records follow them and eventually lead to their separation. On the surface, it looks like the worst performers are being weeded out. In reality, those who think for themselves are weeded out. The performance reports of the religious conformists inflate their military contributions and achievements. Attendance at a prayer meeting can get you farther along than six months of hard work and real achievement.

As Leonard Cohen says: "Everybody knows..."

This unfairness will only stop after much more light is shed on the issue. It will only stop when the law of the land is enforced. It will probably not happen in my lifetime; however, I believe that it will happen. I thank Mikey for his untiring efforts. He is a Great American. I could not say the same about the general, in spite of his rank and chest full of medals. Until this matrix is broken up, all medals are tainted.
