Ingredients

1 oz. blanco tequila

.25 oz. raicilla (we recommend La Venenosa Costa Raicilla)

.5 oz. Leopold Brothers American Orange Liqueur

.5 oz. agave nectar

1 pinch citric acid

1 pinch salt

Lime for garnish

Preparation

Combine all ingredients with ice and stir until chilled. Strain and serve in a chilled Manhattan glass. Garnish with a lime twist.

This cocktail hails from our current menu, and was created by one of our bartenders, Jacob Pfund. We thought it would be a fun cocktail for this recipe guide because it has some classic flavors of agave cocktails. It features tequila and raicilla, both originating from south of the border.
