Re: “"Marijuana is Not Harmless," Weld County says

It's not so much misinformation as, perhaps, incomplete (because, as noted, levels of THC are not as accurate as blood/breath alcohol levels). Saying that a fatality is related to marijuana is most probably factually accurate, although it doesn't necessarily show causation.

Re: “Recall fails against Sen. Leroy Garcia; only 4 signatures submitted

Outside of #2 the whole thing is patently absurd.

Re: “UPDATE: Fire Department slashes service level due to "significant" budget error

The idea that cuts like this are the result of an "error" says that a hard look needs to be taken at the upper levels of management. Something like this can not be brushed aside as "Oops."

Re: “UPDATE: AMR employees might stay put, rather than shifting to a new provider

Re: “President Trump to speak at AFA graduation

Re: “Airman at local Air Force Base is accused of ties to white nationalist groups

If this is true, he should be through. However, on a side note, isn't it a bit problematic to have an anonymous source publicly making accusations against a named individual? It's not mentioned in the article, but if the Air Force is also being prevented from knowing the identity of this person, doesn't that raise an issue of due process and the right to confront one's accuser?

Re: “Parents claim AFA cadet said slain Jews are "burning in hell forever"

It really is a little difficult to give the concerns expressed by the parents much credence if their first avenue is going to be Mr Weinstein and an outside advocacy group.
