Called MoGlo for short, this petite coffee shop and drive-thru in Widefield recently broke into the cannabidiol game, offering a small menu of drinks sweetened with CBD-infused honey from Ology Essentials, plus the option to add CBD honey to any drink. We try a Colorado Fog, a play on the London fog or Earl Grey tea latte with CBD honey.

There’s not much to say flavor-wise, as it’s a pleasant cup of Earl Grey with milk and honey; we wouldn’t guess there was CBD in it if we didn’t know. The menu advertises 20 mg doses of CBD per drink, so if that’s your thing, you can get it without any aftertaste. We also try an iced Twisted Diva, a mocha informed by Ghirardelli white chocolate sauce and Monin frosted mint (read: spearmint) syrup.

At its core, there’s a shot of Colorado Coffee Merchants’ espresso blend, which doesn’t add to the flavor. But the mint’s fresh and not overly sweet, playing nice with the mellow white chocolate for a refreshing summer caffeine boost.
