Re: “Romanoff's mea culpa moment

I see you've just joined the "mea culpa" squad, Mr. Foreman. ;) Just kidding. You were wrong then and you're right (about that PAC being dormant since 2006) now. Politicians make errors. Journalists make errors. I make errors. Welcome to the human race.…

Re: “Romanoff's mea culpa moment

pf is correct. Your article displays a negative spin that may be the product of a failure to know two important facts. pf sets you straight on one of those. Here's the other - the Denver Post has refused to release any information concerning what questions were asked and what sorts of individuals were polled. Unless the poll was taken amongst likely primary voters, its results are truly meaningless.

In fairness, there is no "mea culpa" involved here, unless it's an unspoken one by the Denver Post for publishing the supposed findings of such a poll without the usual accompanying supporting information.

"I believe I was wrong then, and I'm right now, and more candidates for public office should follow my lead," Romanoff said on ABC/Washington Post's "Top Line" program.

Andrew answered all of this in a recent interview. You may listen to this interview starting at 3 minutes and 25 seconds into the video at this link:…

Re: “Romanoff fires back

You are exactly the kind of Senator Colorado needs, Speaker Romanoff. Strong, experienced, principled and ready to take on both Washington and Wall Street. You will truly be, "a Senator for the rest of us." Thank you for being willing to run and to serve.
