Re: “Sample problems

My opinion is simply an opinion and people can run whichever way with it. I think D.A.R.E. should be a high school program as well. Why you may ask? Having the same officer teach DARE in a district will establish a relationship with a positive indiviual in the community. Having these kids see these influences in their high schools should bring shame upon themselves in letting somebody they look up to, down. As a local head shop owner, I do not sell to minors, and will not sell drug related items such as t-shirts, hats, or stickers thats sports drugs on the apparel without a parent present. Once somebody reaches adult age, they are free to do whatever they want. though my products are meant to be used for legal purposes, I understand many times they are not. Parents these days need the eduacation more than children, as they should be the first source for drug education. Children need to be explained not only are drugs bad, but display to them the health risks. Expose them to the news where 16 yr olds are shot over $30 worth of drugs. Stop trying to hide things from your children, once they leave home, they are exposed. be honest with you children and they won't feel their parents "lied" to them. That's usually never the intention, but from the point of view of a teen, that's all it amounts to.
