Bella Lea with Fag Team
Navajo Hogan, 2817 N. Nevada Ave.
Saturday, Feb. 12, 7:30 p.m.
$7, all ages Call 632-5490

Things are really hopping at the Navajo Hogan. Saturday, Feb. 12, will be a fabulous night of genre-bending with an incestuous group of multitalented instrumentalists. The big attraction is Bella Lea, the new creation of Maura Davis. Formerly of the short-lived but inspiring band Denali, Maura dropped her brother, Keeley Davis, singer for Engine Down; guitarist Cameron DiNunzio; and drummer Jonathan Fuller, also of Engine Down, to pursue other directions with Stephan Howard and Matt Clark of Pinebender and Ryan Rapsys of Euphone. Also slated for the evening is Secrets Keep Friends, composed of Mike Stephens of Against Tomorrow's Sky and members of Laymen Terms and Malakai. Those Who Wait will take the stage, a new project of James Germain of Harrison Bergeron. Finally, Fag Team will play with their original crew proving that, yes, homosexuals are capable of monogamous unions.
