Re: “Irving Berlin's White Christmas

This show is AWESOME! Music, Dancing, Acting, Costumes, it was a feast for my eyes and ears. The energy and chemistry of the performers was fun, happy and sincere. I felt like I took a trip to Broadway/NYC last night. Congrats to every person involved in putting on the show! You all deserve a standing ovation!

Re: “Innocent bystander shooting injury termed “tragic” but not the fault of law enforcement

Sad story. Tragic outcome. Thanks, Pam, for such thorough reporting.

Re: “Concrete Couch wants to allow a temporary homeless camp at its new location. But is it a pipe dream?

Well written, balanced article about a problem that is causing everyone angst. I especially appreciate the way Faith Miller has done her research on this issue. Unbiased, both sides of the problem are honestly presented. Great job and good luck to all.

Re: “Western Jubilee's Scott O'Malley turned a childhood fascination into a larger-than-life legacy

Love Western Warehouse. Scott OMalley is a real treasure and an icon here in Colorado Springs. I always feel like a welcomed family member when I go to concerts here. Best wishes and keep on strumming, Scott!

Re: “Sexual assault victims say Air Force Academy uses mental health counseling to get rid of them

I know there will be an avalanche of criticism for this article but the truth needs to be told.
I had a cadet at USAFA and know lots of inside stories that were never revealed. The stories were terrible--i.e. sexual abuse and rape between cadets and staff, drugs, guns, violence, favoritism toward athletes and more. I also know how the so-called counseling is a trap that forces cadets out of the Academy. One female cadet with a very high GPA was told she could graduate but would not be commissioned because she took a low dose antidepressant had an eating disorder. Her eating disorder was dieting.
I want to respect and hold USAFA in high regard but they must change and clean up their act.

Re: “Security by design

??? Didn't the shooter kill people OUTSIDE of the building???
Sadly, here is No Way to be safe from lunatics. If we can't stop people from owning assault rifles perhaps making bullets cost $100. each would help!

Re: “Mr. Skorman's neighborhood

Wonderful article! R. Skorman is a real treasure in our community. I don't go to his shops/restaurant/wine bar as often as I should. I am going to change that. All my holiday shopping is going to be at Poor Richards. Thanks for being such an asset to our town, Richard & Patricia. :-))

Re: “Butter and Grandma

Great review. I completely agree. The crust on the fresh, right out of the oven pies we bought, were tough as a hockey puck. That needs to be fixed.
