Re: “Inside the AFA worship circle

"Wiccans rely heavily on witchcraft and magic"?

I may not be the most 'standard' of Wiccans (if there is such a thing), but magic and/or witchcraft is NOT the be-all and end-all of my path - if anything, it's a pleasant highlight, worked only when needed. The key thing for me is connecting with my God and Goddess (by the way, how could you miss Her out in the grand scheme of things? A passing mention from the wiki article is not sufficient!) and attuning with the earth and the animals on it in the seasonal cycles.
Also, Wicca is not "ancient earth religion", it has only been around since the 1950's, though it is based (somewhat) on what Gerald Gardner could find on older earth-centred religions.

Here's a small piece of advice: before you decide to start digging a hole, try to do some worthwhile research into the landscape you'll be working in - it'll save you a lot of trouble and animosity later!

If this was supposed to be a humorous article about the stone circle for earth-centred religions, then it appears you've failed.

Blessings!
