Reader: Calling homeless workers to the Valley

I don't pretend to understand all of the subtle nuance of the plight of the homeless in El Paso County, but I would like to extend an invitation to the San Luis Valley for legal camping and steady work for 50 men. This is my thought: 1. Transportation is arranged by a local church. 2. Five or six ranches will supply plenty of work. 3. Donated bicycles will be issued to campers (we're close to the Great Sand Dunes!) 4. Workers will receive "Valley Bucks," redeemable at a special General Store and other local businesses. Workers will have showers and lockers. Laundry services are available for Valley Bucks.
