Reader: Warren Zevon and John McLaughin deserve spots in the Hall

Among the most glaring [Rock & Roll Hall of Fame] omissions, in my opinion, is Warren Zevon. When will his time come? The second is John McLaughlin. He helped Miles Davis, a Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee, pioneer jazz-rock fusion, then took it one step further with the formation Mahavishnu Orchestra and Shakti. The genre-bending/creating McLaughlin should have a place next to his peers.
