When: July 13-Oct. 5 2013

Revamp'd, the inaugural art exhibit at the Ivywild School (1604 S. Cascade Ave.,, couldn't be a more appropriate start to the three-month show schedule curated by Holly Parker Dearborn. It features 2D and 3D works made from upcycled or found materials by local artists like Andy Tirado (whose work is pictured, left). "I'm interested in ideas of ecology, technology [and] design, among other things," Parker Dearborn tells the Indy. Sounds like the spirit of Ivywild itself, no? Drop in tonight for a reception from 6 to 9, or anytime through Oct. 5. — Edie Adelstein
