Re: “Pot protection

Yeah, this guy has the right idea. a legitimate business with all the safety features of a jewelery store, bank, liquor store, pawn shop. Have metal detectors, surveillance cameras inside and out, iron grating on windows, iron vaults for storage, etc etc etc.
Once these bugs are ironed out, we can see a new 'green' business follow alongside, the industrial hemp industry. Why shouldn't Colorado be the pioneer and explorer that finds the goose that laid the Golden Egg ?
If Colorado has 5 million people, and 5% are medical pot patients, you would have 250,000 patients. If each paid $100. dollars to the city/county/state for a 'license'', a plastic card, then you would make $25 million dollars a year just in plastic cards alone.
Industrial hemp (which just lost in court in North Dakota - and is still illegal everywhere in the USA) would also boast a hefty yearly sum, once implemented.
In California some predict the legalization movement will generate 1.8 billion dollars for the sagging state annually.

So be bold and brave and go forward into the future, Great Colorado !!!

Re: “Don't stop pot progress

So Colorado has over 5 million people living their. If 5% of the total population is a patient with need for medical cannabis then you'd have 250,000 patients in your state.
If 250,000 patients paid $100. dollars a year for a plastic card and license, the state of Colorado would make $25 million dollars a year in licenses alone.

We've all heard enough false fear-mongering "facts" from the DEA and other government propagandists - just smell the money you will be making. It can be over a billion $$ a year !!!

Your article is almost perfect, so I won't try to add or elaborate on anything she has said. The article says it all. Will you people please listen......
