Red Rock Canyon had a high commercial value due to its location right along highway 24.

Section 16? not so much. You could only build a handful of homes on it, access would be difficult and generally its location makes it worthless except to a single individual who would want to put a cabin on it as an executive getaway.

Its best value is as a park. My guess would be that on the open market, it is worth very little. I dont think they would be able to get more than a mil or so for it given the way the land sits and the difficult access to it.
