Re: “Paravicini's Italian Bistro

Mediocre food, inattentive service. What passes for good food in this city continues to astonish me.

Re: “City beefs up Homelessness Action Plan

Until the city and county changes its policies of persecution and prosecution, nothing will change. We need forward thinking politicians who will address the two key issues. Those are permanent, long term housing, and jobs. A few more shelter beds and more cops will not help the homeless.

Re: “Carrie Simison to leave Indy as publisher after two decades service

I loved working with Carrie, and whatever she chooses, she will bring her enthusiasm, optimism and her smile to her next success.

Re: “Colorado Independent editor detained for photographing police

Thanks for shining a light in this dark corner. This kind of thing happens way too often, and it's only by consistently bringing these incidents to the public's attention that things may change.

Re: “Reader: Trump is president and you need to get over it

I would love to know exactly how he has benefitted from Trump's presidency. Is he one of the 1%, or just addled like the rest of them?

Re: “Air Force Academy Visitors Center project termed "a tremendous gift"

I can't see any benefit to me. All I see is a tax handout to a developer for a visitor center that should be paid for by the Air Force. Let the developers work out a deal with the Air Force. The city or the county should not be spending much needed taxpayer dollars on this.

Re: “City scrambles to absorb thousands of sightseers after Cog Railway closure

I know it will never happen, but the city and county should get together and buy this for the good of tourism in the area. Maybe the city could swap America the Beautiful park for the railway. Then Anschutz could charge the children to play in the fountain. Guests of the Broadmoor would, of course, could get wet for free.
