With a sound reminiscent of '60s Ronettes, '70s B-52s, '80s Waitresses and '90s Seattle, feminist bubblegum-pop purveyors Tacocat have released three albums and four EPs, each garnering more acclaim than the last. Their 2016 April Fools' Day release, Lost Time, continues the pattern. From its opening X-Files homage "Dana Katherine Scully" ("The truth is out there / But so am I") to their anti-yuppie "I Hate the Weekend" ("Got a hall pass from your job / Just to act like a fucking slob), these bratty, brainy Seattleites can be counted on for temporary relief from election-season malaise. Shiii Whaaa and Cheap Perfume open. 7 p.m. Black Sheep, 2106 E. Platte Ave., $10/adv, $12/door, all-ages, — Bill Forman
