My goodness Elmer, you are trying awfully hard to continue believing what you want to believe in spite of all evidence to the contrary...

But as an Earth scientist, I can confirm that virtually everything that Stephanie has written is correct. (And contrary to your statement, Greenland ice is melting even faster than Antarctica's, with net losses ~280 cubic km/year--that's about 60 cubic miles-- and accelerating).

And while there are a few publishing climate scientists who argue against a human influence on observed warming, you can literally count them on both hands. And because they are so few in number, it's also easy to discern the patterns in their otherwise puzzling inability to accept the obvious: these few folks are either (1) on the payroll of fossil fuel companies, and/or (2) retired, or nearly so, such that their training and important scientific contributions predate the birth of nonlinear mathematics and ensemble theory (~1980) and Earth System Science (~1990). Put another way, they don't understand the math and observational tools well enough to form an informed opinion...
