"Learn how to succeed in life if you're too lazy to work and too scared to steal." That's No. 4 on Patrick McConnell's list of "Top 10 Reasons to see Vinylogue," which happens to be his solo theater performance running tonight through Sunday at the Millibo Art Theatre (1626 S. Tejon St., It's actually a coming-of-age tale, told in the language and with the help of '70s pop music, by a local theater professional whom MAT leader Jim Jackson calls a "real record collector." At 7:30 tonight, you can see and hear his performance for just $15; otherwise, shows including Sunday's 2 o'clock matinee cost $20. — Kirk Woundy
