an introduction to the Wellness Recovery Action Plan — "an evidence-based system that is used world-wide by people who are dealing with mental health and other kinds of health challenges" — taking place over three Saturdays, April 26 and May 3 and 10 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Space is limited; RSVP to or 471-8181 ext. 104.
