Re: “Reader: Hate isn't welcome in the Springs

Are we not putting wind in the sails of these groups by plastering them all over every media format????

Re: “GOP supports corporate thievery

Well Hightower has a real case of envy going. An opinion piece laced, no ladened, with hate.

Any possible credibility went out the window with calling another person a solicitous name.

You, Mr. Hightower, are a large part of the divisiveness in America today. Try an opinion piece with some positive ideas. It's easy to tear others down (trying to bring hem to younlevel) as mom used tonsay.

Let's hear some of your good ideas and suggestions that people might rally around.

Dave :-)

Re: “Reader: You're the one who wants your lifestyle protected, so you pay for it.

Gina, nothing makes me more angry than people like you who steal from others. 67% of the nation's taxes are paid by 2%.

Your letter is anti American and plain disgusting.

Re: “Reader: Incline traffic is out of control on Barr Trail

This is not unique. Parks, local, state and federal are seeing record visitors; RMNP went from an average of 3.2 million up until 2014 to 4.2 in 2015, 4.5 in 2016. Sometimes you are restricted where in the park can drive now. Visiting parks the last 3 springs, summers and falls has been incredible; good to see people "Discovering" their parks, sad to see what over usage does. Particularly as people are ignorant of or flat breaking rules.

Providing more access by making new trails may not be the answer either. This only accelerates degredation.

What do we do?
